Permanent workgroups consisting of Reporting Standards Council members and other senior industry participants (including some Reporting Standards Board members) are an integral part of the Reporting Standards governance structure. Reporting Standards Council members chair each of the workgroups and determine their membership. The workgroups effectuate their portion of the annual business plan. Workgroups are responsible for the management and direction of Project Task Forces.
